Fresh fish boxes are available for collection and delivery. We are currently offering two choices of boxes :
Couples box – contains four meals for two people
Family box – contains four meals for four people
Please phone for prices. A delivery charge might apply to certain areas. A typical box may contain haddock, whiting, hake, plaice, lemon sole, pollock, john dory, ling, founder and gurnard. The fish variety will change every day depending upon the market landings. Everything in the boxes will be fresh, filleted, packaged and suitable for home freezing.

Sound Seafood are a family owned and run business based on the shores of Plymouth Sound. Using our own vessels and relationships with trusted local fishermen, we source the finest British seafood which we process by hand in our state of the art processing site. From our Devon smokehouse we have been producing hot and cold smoke fish using traditional techniques for over 40 years.
We are offering excellent value mixed fish boxes for delivery to your door. The fish boxes change each week depending on what fresh fish is being landed. We always guarantee at least 10 packs (giving approximately 18 portions). We deliver to Plymouth, South Hams, Exeter and Nationwide.
